How much do our garden rooms cost? Let’s break down how we’ll price your new space.
No two garden rooms we build cost exactly the same price, because in our experience, no two garden rooms are exactly the same! This is down to the high level of customisations we offer. To begin, you can choose from our two garden room sizes, both of which have their own base price. From there, you’ll have your pick of customisations like cladding style and colour, interior design and lighting. We hand-select all the products and materials we use, and will only use the best - this is to ensure your garden room will be safe and durable.
The first step in finding out how much your garden room is going to cost is for us to conduct a full site survey, in which we can discuss with you what garden room size and design elements you’d like, and for us to assess the level of work needed to make it happen. From there, we’ll draft up a pricing agreement, in which you’ll see a full breakdown of the materials and costs associated so you know exactly what you’re getting - no surprises.

We offer two garden space sizes, the maxi and the mini. Both start at their own base price, and can be customised based on your specifications and budget.

Starting from £35,000 (inc. VAT)
Mini
3 metres x 4 metres

What can I customise in my
garden room?
Each design element you choose - from the size of your space, to the roof, to the flooring - goes into the overall price of your garden room build. We’ll only put our name behind the premium materials we’ve hand-selected for our garden room builds, so you’ll know you’re getting the best in quality.
From the very beginning, we’ll work closely with you to help you understand what and why these elements cost what they do, and help you design a space that fits your budget.
Size - We offer two garden room sizes - what we call a mini space and a maxi space.
Cladding - Cladding is the exterior panelling we place on the outside of your garden room, and can be finished in a woodgrain or smooth finish. You’ll also have your pick of cladding colour, to make sure your new space fits with your garden and existing property.
Roof - In addition to a standard roof, we also offer an eco-roof, which is a sedum green roof in which low-maintenance plants grow from the top of your new space.
Lighting - We typically fit an LED lighting channel around the ceiling of your garden room, but it’s up to you how much (or little) you want of this, as well as where around your garden room it goes.
Flooring - LVT vinyl, laminate - your flooring choice is up to you and your interior design preference!
Blinds - We can install window fittings such as standard blinds to integral blinds.
